Purchasing Exceutive

You are to coordinate and manage the purchasing process in accordance with the established standard operation procedures and internal control policies.

Responsibilities include ensuring timeliness and quality of service to internal / external stakeholders and driving cost savings through price/credit term negotiation and vendor sourcing process.

• Coordinate and manage the nontrade and capex purchase in accordance with the established standard of procedures.
• Assist to implement, and maintain policies and procedures to drive excellence in procurement.
• Understand business requirement and perform assist with vendor sourcing and price comparison analysis for capex and nonstock purchase.
• To monitor and perform housekeeping on open purchase order.
• To post Invoices and GRN upon good received in BC365 for all Capex and nonstock purchase.
• Involve and assist with cost savings initiative through negotiating for better pricing, quality value purchase and credit term.
• Drive compliance agenda with internal stakeholders and reduce risk exposure.
• Active participation in compliance audits (internal and external) and ensure proper controls are in place within the purchasing process.

• Minimum Diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant field of studies
• Minimum of 1year experience is preferred, however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to maintain good working relationship with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work, patient records, etc.
• Able to work on alternate weekends if required

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

• Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
