Work arrangements
a Plan, organize and lead the operation of information technology department.

b Develop and implement policies and procedures of computer systems operation and development

c Meet with department to discuss system requirements, specification, costs and timelines

d Control the computer system budgets and expenditures

e Supervise and ensure IT functions and activities

f To ensure subordinates implements procedures and instruction as defined.

g To educate and develop subordinate

h Manage and control the existing IT hardware and software system implementations and information technology.

i Perform IT controlled equipment purchase arrangement, provide information and recommendation for computer purchase.

j Server's administration, server problem handling, user account management

k Management and maintenance of networks

l Internet and intranet management

m Software control and management, including license control and upgrading

n Provide sufficient training to users of systems and to provide guidance and support to users for continued use of the system.

• Perform and ensure complete and updated documentation on systems implemented.

p Provide weekly progress status reports

q Analyze, plan implement and manage IT project

r Support other departments as and when required

s To share and provide the necessary IT information for other facilities.

t To evaluate IT product and make recommendation to management

u Additional responsibilities as when instructed by Division head.

Job Types:

Pay:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
