Financial Reporting Analyst

Perform month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, and maintaining appropriate supporting documentation. Ensure all accounting records are properly recorded and reconciled time to time.
  • Generate various reports and financial statements on a regular basis, such as income statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data and prepare ad hoc reports to support management decision making.
  • Proper reconciliations of financial accounts, ensuring that balances are accurate, and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
Collaborate with other teams, such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, to resolve any issues.
  • Assist in and support in the yearly audit process by preparing schedules, providing requested documentation, and assisting auditors with inquiries.
  • Assist and support in preparation of budget reports and perform analysis of variances between approved budgets and actual expenditures.
  • Assist in the communication, coordination, and liaison with all parties, such as relevant authorities, auditors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in process improvement to identify opportunities for automation or streamlining of tasks and contribute to the implementation of new systems or software tools.
  • Any ad hoc reporting or other duties as assigned.
