1) Able to handle full sets of accounts for construction/precast company (Xero Accounting Software)

2) Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.

3) Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.

4) Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit.

5) Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractor on invoice and payment matters.

6) Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor on project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting
