Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, track orders, and organize stock.
  • Purchase supplies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage supply chain activities.
  • Receive shipments, verify contents, and oversee shipping processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock transactions, including documentation of receipts, withdrawals, and returns.
  • Inspect goods for quality and quantity accuracy.
  • Supervise and train staff, delegate tasks, and schedule work assignments.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain progress.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Implement cost-effective practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Handle product returns according to company policies.
  • Monitor shelf life and expiry warranty dates of stock items.
  • Implement inventory control measures to prevent shrinkage or theft.
  • Ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, retail, or warehouse.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Willing to work on off / rest days if required.
