• Oversee IT projects from conception to completion

• Stay updated with the latest IT trends.
• Provide strategic guidance on IT initiatives.

• Identify areas for IT process improvement
• Reporting & Dashboards
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into operations

• Team Management
• Lead and mentor the IT team
• Provide training and development opportunities
• Budget Management
• Plan and manage the IT department budget.
• Vendor Relations
• Negotiate contracts with IT service provided.
• Ensure timely renewal of software licenses and service agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure, network management, IT security protocols, cloud services, and enterprise software solutions.
• Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are advantageous.
• At least 5 years in IT management or a related senior technical position.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
