THE JOBSCOPE

  • Greet guests warmly when they arrive and help them find their seats.
  • Assisting guest answer their questions and assist with their needs throughout the event.
  • Walk around with trays of snacks and drinks for guests to enjoy.
  • Direct them to different services and areas and provide tours of the venue.
  • Assist in preparing for the event, set up tables, table settings, and buffets, and help with cleanup afterward.
  • Work well with the rest of the staff to ensure guests have a great experience.
  • Follow safety rules and ensure the event meets quality standards.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience as a server is preferred.
  • Courteous and attentive to guests.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, staying on your feet, climbing stairs, heavy lifting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
High school or relevant certification is a plus
