Job Descriptions

  • Handle all incoming telephone calls including receiving, directing and replying of messages
  • Managing the front office reception area
  • Greets and directs company visitors including suppliers and customers
  • Provide administrative assistance to manager in office administrative functions and ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner

Arrange, manage and record company stocks

  • Managing courier services for company samples
  • Perform other duties as and when delegated by Manager ie back up functions and ad hoc requests
  • Resolve enquiries on a timely basis.
  • Work closely with other office support staff on daily basis to ensure daily smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Fluency in English ,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantage)
  • Applicants must be willing to work at
    Serdang Perdana, Seri Kembangan.
