Handle HR issues.

  • Handle employee and crew discipline.
  • Prepare contract for staff and crew, monitor leave record and etc.
  • Find and interview new crews to meet forecasted projects requirements.
  • Ensure crew training matrix are up to date.
  • To make sure crew qualifications are fit before mob.
  • To assist in crew movement and recruitment planning.
  • Ensure projects are being executed smoothly.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Yearly bonus
