- Preparation of various BNM (mostly on NPF & Financing) reporting based on monthly, quarterly, yearly & adhoc basis submission.
- Verify/ check NPF, Performing, NPF Details listing & summary reports.
- Provide total financing data by branch, current month negative & zero profit for reconciliation to Recon Unit.
- Provide listing of accounts for AKPK migration, branch 610 & 630 to management reporting.
- Prepare financing listing based on MFRS9 reporting requirement.
- Prepare & provide Summary for financing based on original & adjustment data tagging to all user in finance & BU.
- Prepare/ check Movement of Financing, Impaired Financing & BICC (summary and details and by Line of business/products).
- Prepared data financing for EVE reports.
- Prepare/ provide data of EPR vs. SOD in RDW Master File format.
- Prepare Bank Islam Financial Additional info (Impaired Movement)
- Prepare Undrawn File for ALM to extract in ALM system, BU & Risk.
- Prepare financing notes for various types & info to management reporting.
- Provide R&R listing to BNM unit, Risk & Consumer Recovery.
- Prepare the others various adhoc reports to stakeholders.
GEMC
- Prepare various reports for GEMC (23 reports)
- Prepare MANCO slide for various reports.
Prepare Quarterly report.
- Prepare Add info for BNM.
- Prepare Impaired Movement for FISS BNM. (Based on 3, 6, 9 & 12 Months)
- Prepare RAM report.
BNM ISS Statmart
- Provide data to BNM ISS Statmart for submission to BNM such as Impaired Movement (monthly & quarterly), Financing Movement by staging and Impaired Movement for BICC and assist to provide EPR SOD patching list, listing performing but impaired.
Others
- Identify and contribute to areas for improvement for analysis and reporting.
- Assist Finance, IT side & other department in setting & develop new reporting which previously not include in the RDW.
- Raise the PCR or Job request form on the new report development.
- Perform testing (UAT) based on test script (if any) & check all the reports.
- Review URS from other party
- Perform as a helpdesk or facilitate user of the reports (if required)
- Acquire RDW process knowledge and usage of interfaces from vendor / IT.
- Assist the reconciliation on the figures of Financing, Identify and track the cause of different, monitor data accuracy and report inconsistencies and inform and advise user/branch on the rectification of the data inaccuracy.
- Attending & response to External & BNM auditor during their periodic task on auditing BIMB (Head Office or branches) or adhoc basis inquiry.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
