- Review shipping documents to ensure consistency of information (e.g. commodity,weight, volume and etc)
- Handover set of documents over to forwarding officer for customs clearance
- To support forwarding officer in engaging Customs, as and when necessary
- Keep track of port charges
- Client Service
- Liaise with consignee for timing of container delivery
- Liaise with consignee & stevedore for timing of un-stuffing work
- To confirm on container MT return readiness.Administrative

**Oversee all operations in the Warehouse and Materials Store**
- Manage inventories through warehouse management system.
- Execute incoming and outgoing orders from customers and coordinate with warehousing and transport/ trucking team to deliver the orders.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Prepare document for billing and other shipment documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction of business accounts through efficient handling of orders and effective communication with the parties involved.
- Monitor and communicate order shortages to the relevant departments to fulfil shortage issues
- Lead stock check activities and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Billing and invoicing
- Willing to work extra hours if needed
- Other ad-hoc tasks and requests, as assigned by the CEO
- **Key Requirements**_
- Preferably 2-3 years above of working experience in Warehouse/Store Management
- Keen learner with a desire to expand knowledge in the supply chain management.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willing to perform both deskbound and outbound duties at warehouse.
- Positive attitude and adaptable to the changing needs of the business environment.
- Proficient in the use of PC and Microsoft Office
- **TISHAS NETWORKING SYSTEM (TNS)**_

1. Mencetak tempahan daripada TNS.

2. Menghubungi stokis mengenai sebarang kesalahan dalam pesanan mereka.

3. Mengemas kini berapa set promo yang ditempah.

4. Mengendalikan pertanyaan mengenai TNS.
- **LOGISTIK**_

1. Susun laluan untuk kedua-dua tempahan Lembah Klang (KV) dan Bukan Lembah Klang (NONKV).

2. Sediakan Helaian Penghantaran**(Delivery Sheet)** untuk penghantaran KV dan NONKV.

3. Menghubungi pemandu NONKV untuk menetapkan route.

4. Menghubungi Master Stokis atau Stokis atau mana-mana Pihak Bertanggungjawab berkenaan penghantaran.

5. Menjawab pertanyaan penghantaran.

6. Terima pesanan dan kemas kini dalam Senarai Pengedaran Excel **(Daily Distribution List)** setiap hari.

7. Mengira kos perbelanjaan untuk KV dan NONKV dari segi cagaran kepada pemandu.

8. Memastikan semua Pesanan Belian (PO) Hypermarket dan Pesanan Stokis yang diterima dihantar dalam masa 3 hari bekerja.

9. Memastikan dokumen yang betul diserahkan kepada pemandu KV dan NONKV untuk penghantaran.

10. Memastikan salinan dokumen yang betul diterima semula daripada pemandu KV dan NONKV dengan cop dan tandatangan pihak berkuasa yang dibenarkan.

11. Memastikan kuantiti yang dinyatakan dalam Helaian Penghantaran tepat seperti dalam pesanan yang diterima.

12. Memastikan kuantiti yang dimuatkan ke dalam kedua-dua lori KV dan NONKV adalah tepat seperti dalam Helaian Penghantaran yang disediakan.

a) Memantau Lori KV pada waktu pagi.

13. Memastikan barangan yang sesuai pada kuantiti yang betul diberikan kepada mereka yang mengambil sendiri barangan mereka di kilang.

14. Memastikan dokumen ditandatangani oleh mereka yang mengambil sendiri.

15. Membantu menuntut balik tuntutan **(Claims)** Petrol dan Tol pemandu KV.

16. Menyelesaikan pembayaran pemandu NONKV melalui penyerahan dokumen yang betul kepada Bahagian Kewangan.
- **PERGUDANGAN**_

1. Mengemas kini Stok Masuk Harian dan Stok Keluaran Harian setiap hari dalam Senarai Pengedaran Excel **(Stock-out List)**.

2. Mengemas kini Excel Pengeluaran Stok Harian setiap hari dalam Google Sheet Drive.

3. Mengurus inventori.

4. Memastikan semua barang siap disusun mengikut konsep "FIFO" "FIRST-IN-FIRST-OUT".

5. Pastikan stok sentiasa mencukupi dan lebihan stok dihantar ke Kawasan Penyimpanan Luaran (SK COLD CHAIN).

Memastikan Exec Production sentiasa dikemas kini tentang stok sedia ada dan diberitahu apabila ada kekurangan.

**Salary**: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
