The Specialty Rental Division is looking for a meticulous and driven Sales Process Specialist to join our team overseeing the South-East Asia region. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and will report to the Business Line Manager - Sales & Marketing.
Mission
Your main objective will be to enhance our sales procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all stages of the sales cycle. You will also be our expert in CRM, specifically Salesforce, handling its optimization to support our Sales, Marketing, and customer service strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales ProcessThe duties will include:
  • Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales procedures and boost productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on sales processes
  • Create and maintain documentation of sales processes, including workflows, guidelines, and best practices
  • Train sales teams on new processes and provide ongoing support
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify optimization opportunities
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established procedures
  • Identify issues or bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and propose solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for sales process improvement

CRMThe responsibilities will involve:
  • Configure, customize, and maintain our Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions
  • Develop automation processes, workflows, and custom objects to streamline operations
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings for data integrity
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for key performance metrics
  • Provide training and support on Salesforce functionality and best practices
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration and data management

Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales processes in digital and traditional environments
  • Passionate and well-versed in B2B and B2C sales processes
  • Structured, independent, data-driven, and analytical approach
  • Experience with analytics software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
