Greet patients and help them feel comfortable in the medical

  • Carry out reception duties at the front counter
  • Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of clinic resources.
  • Prepare and dispense medications
  • Assist Doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if necessary)
  • Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into the computer system
  • Able to do corporate claims
  • Handle all transactions including payments and ensure proper documentation
  • Perform basic test on patients (eg administering urine test, vision test, etc.)
  • Operate and set up of clinic equipment
  • Prompt for low stock medications and supplies
  • Maintenance of physical facility of clinic
  • Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
  • Ensure a doctor is always on duty at all times during clinic's operations hours.
  • Identify and inform regarding issues that may affect the performance or operation of the clinic.
  • Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctors or authorized office representative.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
