Job description

  • Accountable and responsible for daily Operations.
  • Responsible for preparing daily traffic/car count counting report.
  • Provide excellent service to customers.
  • Ensure staff are briefed and trained on SOP.
  • To check and inspect all car park equipment, cctv, lightings are ensure functioning smoothly and check on all signages are in order.
  • To conduct minor service on all entrances, exits equipment and coordinate with equipment service provider.
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
