To implement the Quality Assurance Program to achieve zero defect including incoming raw material, process and packaging and pre-delivery activities.


  • Lead QA team, coordinating and monitoring QA activities to ensure product quality conform to customers' requirements management system.
  • Investigate and initiate the 8D report for any quality failure or nonconformity reported by customers.
  • Communicate with customer and related department for routines production quality reports, documentation, QMS processes & maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain internal audit program, plan, register of internal auditors & coordinating external audit (ISO9001 & 3rd Party Audits).
  • Establish and maintain effective corrective action in eliminating causes of nonconformity to prevent recurrence.
  • Responsible for periodic review and update of departmental documents (SOP/WI/OCAP/OPL).
  • To practice 5S activities in workplace, conduct 5S audit & closure follow up.
  • Participate in ensuring good practice in EHS & compliances.
  • Equipped with flexibility in cross departmental job / function assignment.
  • To perform other ad hoc as assigned by supervisor.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Attendance bonus
