Responsible for proper accounting system and key-in payments received from the owners/residents;

  • To issue official receipts for the payment received;
  • To prepare payment vouchers/cheques and keyin the payment to the accounting software system;
  • To check the bank statement and do the bank reconciliation;
  • To generate debtor aging report and statements for the Owners/Residents;
  • To attend enquiries, complaints from the owners/residents tactfully;
  • To prepare invoices, statement of accounts for owners/residents;
  • To call and followup with the owners/residents for outstanding payment for service charges and sinking funds.
**Requirements:
- *
  • Diploma/Degree in Property Management/Business Admin or any related field;
  • At least 12 years working experience in Strata Property Management Office;
  • Knowledge of the CSS or Condomaster accounting software;
  • Fresh graduate in Real Estate Management are encouraged to apply;
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Types:

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
