Compliance Assistant

Responsibilities:
- To assist compliance manager/officer in traceability and audit reporting.
- Assist in department weekly/monthly report
- Assist with interdepartment NCR and follow up on the closing progress
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Maintaining documentation of compliance / sustainability activities, including all audit and cotton traceability for export
- Supporting the company's sustainability goals and tracking performance metrics to assess sustainability program effectiveness
Minimum Qualification
- 2 years' proven experience in a compliance / sustainability officer role
Good knowledge of ISO & ILO and experience in compliance activities
Extremely detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently and accurately under general supervision
Analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which allows for strategic data interpretation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are tactful and diplomatic.
Able to respond effectively to telephone and in-person inquiries.
Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs required.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
