Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for the subsidiary, including accounts payable, account receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
  • To assist in secretary matter including regulatory filings and compliance requirements.
  • Manage petty cash transactions for branches, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Monitor and report on petty cash expenditures to maintain financial control.
  • Collaborate with the manager to provide financial analysis, reports, and insights to support decisionmaking.
  • Perform any adhoc assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc).
  • Proficient in accounting software. Auto count or Domain.
  • Possess positive attitude, selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin.

Work arrangements
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6pm

Alternate Saturday : 9am - 12:30pm

Lunch hour: 12:30pm - 1:30pm (Monday - Thurs)

1pm - 2:30pm (Fri)

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
