Weighs all trucks entering the mill for raw materials delivery, feeds sales, raw materials sales, and any other materials movement in/out of premise 2.

Ensures integrity of weighing, correct transactions done, documents properly organized and disbursed; before trucks are allowed to leave weighbridge/premise. 3. Attends to calls, takes orders, coordinates delivery, and attends and coordinates customer feedbacks 4. Reports any irregularities in transaction, customer complaints, problems with weighbridge/IT, driver problems, and other problems to appropriate authority 5. Coordinates orders with production 6.

Arranges bulk truck delivery, ensures bulk truck drivers weigh, load, seal and deliver feed as ordered and processes being done correctly 7.

Coordinates shrimp feed ordering and sales 8. Coordinates with other departments for other daily operations/tasks 9. Coordinate with finance team for proper handover of any documents/ cash 10. Assists Sales Admin on daily tasks as assigned 11. Ensures any assigned M3 transaction is being performed as required 12. Ensures integrity of IT and IP are protected at all times (IT= Information Technology, IP=Intellectual property) 13. Housekeeping of work area 14. Other tasks that may be assigned
