9) Making sure all related Academic Operation forms are updated and being utilized in the
website. Liaise with the website designater if needed.
10) Update Medical Certificate (MCs) or any approved absence of attendence in CMS within
24 hours after submission.
11) Attend to customer's inquiry through visits or text professionally and solve their problems.
12) To open up assessment submission slots through TurnItIn on semester basis.
13) Assist the department on the orientation, examination & convocation process before,
during and after completion.
14) Undertake various general administrative and clerical duties as directed by HoAAD or the Management.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
