Boutique Assistant
- Fully responsible for the boutique's daily operations such as opening/closing, and cleanliness of the boutique.
- Frontliner. Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store according to the SOP.
- Ensure customers are wellinformed on any current sales, instalment payments, and membership.
- Advising and assisting walkin customers. Assist shoppers with merchandise (colour choices, collecting items from back inventory if needed, etc.).
- Promoting our online portal and our products. As well as upselling products.
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
- Organising products in the physical boutique properly according to the SOP.
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products, including new instore or window displays.
- Process payment by using cash register.
- Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise; act according to company policy.
- Prepare daily "Opening story" on instagram stories (Instagram, Facebook ) for social media engagements.
- Be part of LIVE streaming activities on social media platforms to invite customers to purchase online, to visit physical boutique and to promote products.
- Assist creative team in playing as model or host for product reviews or short videos.

Requirements:
- IMMEDIATE Intake, to work in Sungai Buloh
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Education & Experience : SPM or Diploma
- Disciplined and Courteous
- Friendly and/or easy going personality
- Positive attitude and customer oriented.
- Confident in FacetoFace interaction.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, easy to follow instruction/SOP and report to Supervisor if any issue or damage with items.
- Value for speed and accuracy
Job Types:

RM1, RM1,600.00 per month
