To ensure implementation and compliance of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations, standards and best practices within organisation.
  • Ensure that employees follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents, injuries and occupational health hazards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazard in the workplace.
  • Conduct HSE Commitee Meeting, Toolbox Briefing and Internal Awareness Training.
  • Conduct incident investigation to determine the root cause and implements corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure the organisation remains compliant with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborative with internal departments, managers and employees to effectively communicate HSE policies, procedures and initiatives.
  • Analyse HSE data, including incident and inspection to identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform regular safety inspections to identify areas of improvement.
Follow up on identified issues and track their resolution.
  • Foster a safety conscious culture within the organisation by promoting awareness, guidance and encouraging employee participation in HSE initiatives.
