- Melaksanakan tugas pentadbiran am (pendaftaran kenderaan, pembaharuan insurans, penyediaan laporan & lainlain)
- Menjaga & memelihara sistem data dengan berkesan
- Menyimpan rekod dan transaksi tunai dengan betul
- Membantu dalam menguruskan bekalan pejabat & inventori, memastikan pengisian semula tepat pada masanya.
- Mengendalikan panggilan masuk, emel dan pertanyaan, mengarahkannya kepada kakitangan yang sesuai.
- Mengekalkan persekitaran pejabat yang kemas dan teratur.
Kelayakan:
- SPM, STPM, Diploma atau setaraf.
- Kemahiran dalam aplikasi MS Office.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan organisasi yang baik.
- Pengalaman terbukti dalam peranan pentadbiran adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mempunyai sifat kepimpinan, berdisplin dan semangat berpasukan
