Undertake the KK4 CLINKER COOLER SYSTEM project progress, ensure the project completed as per schedule.

- Work out suitable method of statement and schedule for KK4 CLINKER COOLER SYSTEM - Follow up the SINOMA group material and equipment for KK4 CLINKER COOLER SYSTEM - Coordinate with main-contractor and installation team.

Resolve any problem for installation team for KK4 CLINKER COOLER SYSTEM. - Investigate and recommend on engineering system selection;

  • Undertake liaison and coordination with other contractors, including structure and architects,
  • Assist the project teams with all aspect of project implementation, including but not limited to site and factory inspection, quality, audits, reports preparation, etc.;
  • Manages a team of engineers designing SINOMA product parts, engines, tools, or other mechanical equipment and industrial processes.
  • Ensure the KK4 CLINKER COOLER SYSTEM project are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Develop and submit client visitation reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Mainland HQ team to collect data and develop technical proposals.
  • Evaluate, inspect, maintain, analyse, repair and improve various types of KK4 CLINKER COOLER SYSTEM equipment including all SINOMA Cement manufactured equipment.
  • Manage and leading various equipment process installation such as conventional trays, high capacity trays, structured packing, random packing, gas inlet devices, collectors and chimney trays, piping distributors, support systems, hold down grids, separator internals, demister pads and reactor internals for Cement plant project.
  • Coordinates, supervises and evaluates technical studies and special investigations carried out by third party, including equipment/material selection studies, equipment integrity verification, condition assessment, fit for purpose calculations, vibration issues, Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) Studies, facilities/systems upgrading, etc.
  • Identifies areas of improvement for the design contractor and articulate an action plan with the involvement of both the project engineer and the design contractor representative.
  • Provides technical advice and support to the operation group, in order to ensure that the plants integrity and long term availability are maintained, areas of concern are identified by the appropriate party and optimum / cost effective solutions are adopted.
  • Provides technical support to resolve pending / outstanding issues.
  • Adheres to Company HSE policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to area of responsibility. Ensures that work undertaken is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
  • Perform calculations for pressure vessels, piping stress analysis, analysis and code analysis using multiple codes and standards
  • Provide proposal support by reviewing client specifications and requirements and providing expertise in setting strategy for special mechanical packaged equipment at project site.
  • Develop and implement programs, performance reports and engineering budget and timeline.
  • Adjust controls to generate specified cement plant production, or to regulate the flow of power between generating stations and substations.
  • Monitor and report contractor's performance in regard to safety, progress, cost and quality of work.
  • Continually inspect contractor's work to assure that job schedules are maintained and that work is being performed safely, efficiently as per design specifications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of cement plant operation and the maintenance of associated equipment.
