Responsibilities
  • Execute Accounts Payables (AP) tasks, ensuring prompt invoice payment and upkeep of Operating Expenses (OPEX) schedules
  • Prepare expense files for CFO approval
  • Aid SG Finance team in quarterly GST submission preparation
  • Maintain non-trading balance sheet and fixed asset schedules
  • Identify improvement areas and lead changes to enhance Finance processes efficiency through automation
  • Assist the team in related tasks or projects
Requirements
  • At least 1 to 2 years of accounting and/or audit experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously, take charge of assigned tasks, and possess effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
