Responsibility:

  • Accountable for the stock balance for incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Responsible for accurate documentation, stock recording and ability to handle all aspects of the store.
  • Receive all incoming goods and verify against purchase orders for quantity and specification.
  • Responsible for proper arrangement of goods.
  • Responsible to ensure the quality of goods are maintained with proper handling and storage.
  • Keep up to date stock records.
  • Ensure goods despatched are securely packed to avoid transit damage.
  • To ensure the principle of FIFO & stock rotation are practised in inventory system to meet the food safety system requirement.
  • To undertake other related jobs from time directed by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent with 2 years working experience.
  • Familiar with forklift and reach truck.
  • Knowledge of computer is an added advantage.
