**Job Descriptions:
- *
  • Experience in purchasing scope and inventory management (stock monitoring, fore casting and replenishment).
  • To assist all purchasing activities and supplier deliveries as per schedule.
  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase from local and oversea vendors.
  • Maintain timely update of product cost by ensuring product cost are accurate and according to the product costing policy.
  • Prepare monthly inventory report & journals, and ensure that updates are made accurately and on a timely manner.
  • Record customer payment details by monthly and print out supporting documents for sales personnel commission claim purposed.
  • Support the Costing team in the prompt and accurate recording of financial transactions (e.g. stock reconciliation, material price variance, costing worksheet preparation, cost revaluation, etc.).
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • At least SPM / STPM / Certificate and above.
  • Possess working experience in purchasing is added advantage.
  • Preferably in manufacturing, engineering, steel, hardware field/background.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able work independently, initiative and willing to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting concepts.
  • Basic purchasing knowledge.
  • Willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Pusat Bandar Puchong

Pay:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
