Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects according to predetermined timelines and objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and project status reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions.

Communication:

  • Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Compile and distribute regular project updates and reports to relevant parties.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information related to project activities.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain project files, documents, and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to project managers.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational policies.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of project documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Team Collaboration:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Support project managers in assigning tasks and tracking team members' progress.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project administration or related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience in preparing project reports (status updates, financial, resource planning) and documents.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup / hlookup, macros)

Job Types:
Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Up to RM4,800.00 per month
