Management:
Site supervisors oversee all activities on a construction site. This includes managing workers, subcontractors, and materials to ensure that everything is progressing as scheduled.

Safety:
Responsible for enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.

Quality Control:
Site supervisors ensure that work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications outlined in blueprints or project plans. Inspect work in progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.

  • Problem-solving: Site supervisors must be adept at solving problems that arise during construction, whether it's delays, material shortages, or conflicts among workers. Find practical solutions to keep the project on track.

Communication:
Site supervisors must convey instructions clearly to workers and communicate project updates to stakeholders. They also need to listen to concerns and feedback from the team and address them appropriately.

Client Relations:

Site supervisors often serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Pay:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
