Job descriptions:

  • Attend and follow through sales and customer enquiries from customers
  • Update customers on the marketing campaign and product promotion
  • Support sales team on preparing quotation, order confirmation, coordination of invoicing and sales order for delivery
  • Support on payment collection
  • Manage sales and inquiries through WhatsApp / Social Media
  • Promote and secure orders for the range of products to customers
  • Maintain a good professional relationship with customers
  • Provide a good aftersales support
  • Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Assist sales team in preparing monthly reports
  • To perform other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 years working experience in the related field is required
  • Specializing in Sales / Marketing / Promoter / Customer Service / Telemarketing / Sales Offline / Online is added advantages

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills / Energetic
  • Able to reach the target
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
