_This vacant will be base at 115, Jalan C.M. YUSOFF 30250 IPOH_

  • Monitor the route and assign pickup and delivery order to dispatch driver
  • Provide customer information about orders to dispatch driver. Such as traffic, obstacles, required equipment and shipments volumes
  • Monitor pickup status updated by branch before end of day
  • Received call & updates from Sales or CS team to make sure information deliver to dispatch driver and record in the system

Job Requirements

  • Preferable working experience as traffic controller/customer service
  • Required skill(s): Literate in basic computer and IT skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, problemsolving skill and committed in meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
