  • Set goals for kitchen, anticipate, and resolve problems concerning all facets of the kitchen, anticipate trends, and enact approved profit oriented and cost saving ideas/activities.
Operations
  • Oversee day to day café operations quality, hygiene, and standards of food which includes ensuring all meals are produce on time with sufficient quantities.
  • Control and manage raw material inventory movements and ordering of supplies based on menu planning.
  • Ensures kitchen has sufficient and equipment and tools for daily operation needs.
  • Lead and design new food and menu improvements Customer Satisfaction Compliance
  • Lead the Café Committee in audits, review audit results and lead improvements.
- Proactively manage café feedbacks from employees

Qualification Requirement:

  • Have more than 10 years' experience in Kitchen / Hotel Management and possess minimum of 5 years' experience as Executive Chef in Hotel Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of all sections and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
  • Good oral communication and team management skills.
  • Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary ingredients and practices and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work multitasking in challenging environments, while maintaining high standards.
  • Food hygiene and food preparation qualifications.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
