Job responsibilities:

To assist with company secretarial duties for a portfolio of companies and providing administrative support that covers:

  • Assisting in the handling of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies and to assist in ensuring all secretarial matters are performed accordingly to and in compliance with the provision of the Companies Act 2016;
  • Ensuring compliance, completion and timeliness of statutory reporting, filing and governance;
  • Assisting the preparation of minutes, annual returns, resolutions and statutory documents;
  • Updating and maintaining the statutory reports, records and other relevant documentation;
  • Ensuring the completeness of files and databases and proper maintenance of all secretarial documents;
  • Updating and administrating the COSEC activity log;
  • Liaising with clients on secretarial matters;
  • Providing administrative support on office matters; and
  • Attending to other tasks and duties as and when assigned.

Job requirements:

  • SPM holders with more than 3 years of experience within the same industry will be considered;
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa;
  • Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency with an enthusiastic personality and able to work in a fastpaced environment; and
  • Mature, analytical and have good interpersonal skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
