To prepare sale and purchase agreement for both subsale and direct purchase from Developer and other conveyancing work
To prepare loan and security documentations (assignment and charge cases)
To monitor and complete the transaction from SPA and loan files from beginning until the end
To handle perfection of transfer and charge
To prepare deed of release and reassignment & discharge of charge

To preapre tenancy agreement

REQUIREMENT
Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English & Mandarin or Cantonese
Possess own transport
Computer literate

Salary:
RM1, RM5,000.00 per month
