Handle all accounts payable:
Vendor payment, payroll, SST and tax payment

  • Manage our balance sheet and monthly accounts; as well as prepare the account for Audit.
  • Develop detailed monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
  • Improve costeffectiveness of the business through controlling overheads, evaluations of resource allocation, control of software licenses and negotiation with vendors.
  • Ensure coordination between relevant stakeholders and vendors.
  • Assist the management team in weekly insights, sales and gross margin analysis.
  • Assist in creating insights for new business development initiatives and investors.

; Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Possesses a degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Financial Planning, SQL accounting, Quickbooks; experienece with Xero is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English, fluency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and demonstrates great attention to detail.
