Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT systems
  • Provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the Company and will provide back up and support to the IT Manager.
  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, and Microsoft Exchange environment plus general maintenance of all ITrelated hardware/software.
  • Exposure to a broad range of ITrelated projects and activities.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, and integrate automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • Manage / troubleshoot the network/Wi-Fi for Offices.
  • To be single point of contact to report connectivity issue VSAT/Mobile signal for the estate.
  • Manage and support for CCTV operations.
  • Support PABX/Key phone system for the offices.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting services for Robotics System.
  • Knowledge in IOT (internet of thing) especially in agriculture technologies.
