BUSINESS DESCRIPTION:

  • VET (ANIMAL)

CLINIC:
Companion Animal (Dog, Cat, Rabbit.)

  • Business hours: 9:30 5:30pm, Lunch: 12:301:30pm


 Monday
  • Sunday Open (usually 1 nonconsulting day a month for disinfection/ stock)
  • Afterhours Emergency/ Overnight/ Housecall by availability

REQUIREMENTS:

  • STPM/ Diploma/ Degree
    or Minimum 1 years working in clinic (human or animal) setting**Prefer Medical/ Health/ Science/ Animal Background
  • Language: English AND Malay **Mandarin or other is bonus
  • Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays
- (preferred) Customer service/ sales experience
- familiar with excel/ google docs

  • Canva/ other digital skills advantageous
  • Basic bookkeeping is a bonus

WORK PACKAGE/ BENEFIT:

JOB SCOPE/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet pets & owners
  • Arrange & remind appointments (via phone & Whatsapp)
  • Triaging and obtaining medical information from customer
  • Assist customer with concerns, inquiries, and complaints with empathy & problemsolving skills
  • Collect and process payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking brochures and informational materials.
  • Coordinate with Vet & Admin team to ensure efficient patient flow and timely communication to ensure low stress experience for all
  • Communicate with other clinics to get or provide medical information
  • Assist patient admissions and discharges, ensuring proper documentation and instructions are provided to clients.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, create post/ catalgoe for promo
  • General admin tasks (eg filing, data entry, office organization, stock taking)
