Job Summary:


The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the products or services provided by the company meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance.

The role involves inspecting processes and outputs, identifying and deviations from quality standards, and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections and quality tests on products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Document quality issues and maintain detailed records of quality inspections.
  • Ensure that the company's quality control procedures comply with industry standard and regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the production process and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and quality initiatives.
  • Train staff on quality control measures and best practices.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives to management.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all quality control activities and results.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluations.
  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met with regard to product quality.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address any qualityrelated concerns from customers.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
