1. Prepare full set accounts and reporting.

  • To maintain systematic filing of all accounting records and documents.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Managing petty cash transactions.
  • Perform daily collection & receipts reconciliation
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist and deal with customers and external agencies, clients or suppliers.
  • Assist in admin related tasks.
  • To maintain systematic filing of all accounting records and documents.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Clerk: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Taiping (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Taiping: Relocate before starting work (required)
