A minimum of 3 years of experience in the cloud computing industry or IT-related fields, including development, operations, service support, and solution implementation.

Responsible for level 2 technical support and closure of customer technical issues as a domain technical expert.

Perform as a domain technical expert, track critical customer requirements and bugs, and collaborate with the product development team to drive product optimization.

Utilize inspection and diagnostic tools to help customers avoid potential risks in their critical online systems, provide stability solutions, and ensure the stability of customer systems.

Responsible for providing solution scenarios for cloud products in enterprise-level services to customers.

Proficient in troubleshooting complex technical issues, optimizing cloud-based business architectures, and providing vertical-specific solutions to assist customers in implementing technical architectures in cloud environments.

Proficient in Linux/Windows operating systems and their administration, familiar with computer networks and TCP/IP protocols, knowledgeable in at least one database (such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and proficient in at least one programming and scripting language (such as Java, C, C++, Python, shell, Perl).

Preferred skills Specializations in at least two domains such as systems, networking, databases, containers, security, storage, big data, middleware, development, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), with the ability to resolve complex issues in the corresponding technical domains.

Proactive thinking, determination, and perseverance in solving challenging problems, passion for technology and eagerness to explore. Excellent teamwork and dedication. Clear understanding and enthusiasm for the internet and cloud computing industry.
