What you'll achieve
As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with highly skilled accounting teams to ensure robust controls, reporting, and accounting data integration into financial statements.

You will:

  • Responsibilities involve monthly accounting closure related to sku attribution, reporting, & transaction processing following Corporate accounting policy
  • Monthly accounting closure entails examining missing data from skus and attributing global and regional skus
  • This role will necessitate engagement with the operations team and other financial entities at Dell to propel process enhancements, simplification, or other ad-hoc initiatives
  • Engage in continuous process enhancement and simplification projects. Collaborate closely with business partners to address exceptions, close identified gaps, uphold compliance with corporate accounting policy, and ensure consistent processes regionally and globally

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum cumulative CGPA of 3.4 or equivalent with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant internship exposure is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership attributes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Versatile and adaptable to changes in the environment


Desirable Requirements

  • International exposure (e.g., studying abroad, international internships, etc.), as well as involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Recent graduates or a maximum of 12 months of work experience. Passion for a career in accounting
