Key Responsibilities:

  • Solving all kind of household problem including, but not limited to Painting, Plumbing, Wiring, Furniture repairing, Aircon Service, Water heating and Other electrical apparel repairing.
  • Assist and attend on guests' inquiries, complaints promptly and properly to make sure a 5 stars guests experience.
  • Maintain the condition and proper reporting on the status of unit.
  • Analyze, resolve and improve the occurring rate of repeating household problems and guest complaints on household defect.
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work and report to management to ensure that they are adequately stocked
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour at all times while representing our business.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Menyelesaikan semua jenis masalah rumah termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada Mengecat, Paip, Pendawaian, Membaiki Perabot, Perkhidmatan Penyaman Udara, Pemanas Air dan Membaiki Peralatan Elektrik Lain.
  • Membantu dan menghadiri pertanyaan serta aduan tetamu dengan segera dan dengan betul untuk memastikan pengalaman tetamu bertaraf 5 bintang.
  • Menyenggara keadaan dan melaporkan status unit dengan betul.
  • Menganalisis, menyelesaikan, dan meningkatkan kadar kejadian masalah rumah berulang dan aduan tetamu mengenai kerosakan rumah.
  • Menyenggara inventori bekalan dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk kerja penyelenggaraan dan melaporkan kepada pengurusan untuk memastikan bekalan mencukupi.
  • Menyenggara sikap positif dan profesional pada setiap masa semasa mewakili perniagaan kami.
