Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daytoday tour operations activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of tour itineraries.
- Handle booking inquiries and reservations.
- Liaise with vendors, hotels, and transportation providers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and financial transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the tour operations team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- SPM / High school diploma or equivalent;
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Mandarin is a must.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
