Job Overview

  • Responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the college requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills._
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Transfer knowledge in an appropriate form.
  • Challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking.
  • Identify learning needs of students and define appropriate learning objectives.
  • Ensure that content, methods of delivery and learning materials will meet the defined learning objectives.
  • Use appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods.
  • Design, develop and deliver a range of modules of study at various levels.
  • Supervise the work of students including student projects, field trips and, where appropriate, placements and provide advice on study skills and help them with learning problems.
  • Select appropriate assessment instruments and criteria and set, mark and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students.
  • Act as internal examiner for diploma/degrees.
  • Seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery and obtaining and analyzing feedback.
  • Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or improvement.
  • Contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

- _At least 1 years of Experience in the related field is required_
- _Experience in delivering IGCSE syllabus to an advantage_
- _Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English_
- _Willing to work in Seri Kembangan_
- _Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills_
- _Strong moral values and discipline_
- _Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures_

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 3-12 months

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
