**職位描述**

**1、製造:**
- 監督製造過程,特別是製造圓筒過程(成型和機器設定)、噴漆過程、粉末填充過程、最終組裝、消防水龍帶捲盤過程和其他產品。
- 在建立作業訂單之前確保製造流程規劃的材料可用性。
- 協助為部屬提供日常活動的在職訓練。
- 協助監控日常製造記錄並驗證「整體設備效率」(OEE)系統中的記錄。
- 監控和檢查不合格產品,「不合格材料報告(DMR)」在過程中用於QAQC部門驗證和檢查目的。
- 監控並最大程度地減少產品返工和拒絕。
- 確定產品故障的原因並提出「糾正措施請求」(CAR)。
- 與QAQC部門和其他部門協調,特別是與產品品質和改進相關的項目。
- 監督下屬;提供指導和授權。
- 尋找供應商(立即要求)購買特殊備件機器、成型零件、工具等。
- 確保日常工作任務準時且準確地完成。
- 確保工作環境符合健康與安全標準
- 保持工作區域乾淨整潔。
- 參與新產品開發
- 執行指派的其他職責

**2、生產:**
- 監督生產組裝過程,特別是生產組裝產品、氣體填充過程、電子費申請過程(針對BOMBA)和產品服務過程。
- 在建立作業訂單之前,請確保生產組裝、服務和維修計劃的材料可用性。
- 協助為部屬提供日常活動的在職訓練。
- 協助監控日常生產記錄並驗證「整體設備效率」(OEE)系統中的記錄。
- 監控和檢查不合格產品,「不合格材料報告(DMR)」在過程中用於QAQC部門驗證和檢查目的。
- 監控並最大限度地減少產品返工和廢品率。
- 確定產品故障的原因並提出「糾正措施請求」(CAR)。
- 與QAQC和其他部門協調,特別是在產品品質和改進項目上。
- 監督下屬;提供指導和授權。

**3. 服務與維護:**
- 監督所有維護工作和操作。
- 維護所有機械、橋式起重機、堆高機和壓縮機,並確保其工作標準。
- 堆高機維修負責人。
- 規劃和管理所有維修和安裝活動。
- 確保製造、服務和維修計劃的材料可用性
- 進行日常預防性維護並更新維護記錄。
- 確定產品故障的原因並建議糾正措施。
- 為下屬提供日常活動的在職訓練。
- 監督下屬;提供指導和授權。
- 尋找供應商(立即要求)購買特殊備件機器、成型零件、工具以及解決計劃外維護或緊急問題。
- 確保日常工作任務準時且準確地完成。
- 確保工作環境安全、有保障、健康。
- 保持工作區域乾淨整潔。
- 參加安全委員會會議。
- 履行指派的其他職責。
- 監督製造/生產過程。
- 協助準備產品等的製造工作。
- 參與新產品開發。

**工作要求:**
- SPM 具有豐富的管理經驗或工程、製造、生產或類似能力的文憑
- 至少 3 年製造、生產、成型和類似相關領域的經驗
- 具備領導特質,能夠緊密合作並監督本地和外籍員工團隊履行日常工作職責。
- 良好的馬來語和英語解決問題和溝通能力
- 強大的組織和時間管理能力
- 學習速度快並且願意學習
- 能夠在快節奏的環境和壓力下工作
