Responsibility

  • Coordinate marketing activities such as sale launches, roadshows and promotional events.
  • Prepare proposal development report, market survey, competitor analysis, property exhibition, magazine evaluation report.
  • Handling all sales administration activities ie. delivery of vacant possession, strata title (MOT), subsales, refinance.
  • Liaison with government departments in relation to advertising permit, developer lincense.
  • Follow up with purchaser, sales agent, solicitors, bankers on sales/ loan documents.
  • Make sure timely billing and collection for each project.
  • Follow up outstanding payments.
  • Filing and recording.
  • Monthly report preparation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing/ Administration/ Law.
  • 2 years working experience in the construction industry.
  • 2 years' experience in related role.


Microsoft 36
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
