Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan lessons and implement daily programs for assigned classes
  • Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, and learning environment of the classroom
  • Involvement in school activities & events
  • Prepare ageappropriate teaching aids to facilitate the teaching process
  • Engage and motivate children through various plays and activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field
  • Passion for teaching, knowledge sharing, and motivating children
  • Time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Creative and artistic abilities
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational best practices
  • Familiarity with curricular standards and requirements
  • Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and fellow teachers
- able to read, write, listen, and talk in Mandarin
