Responsible for working in analyzing data, doing research process in increasing sales and managing various procedures to ensure that all sales are managed and sales products are recorded correctly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • To follow up sales activities with clients and potential clients.
  • Conducting searches on new and existing customers to increase sales.
  • Greet and serve customers to find out their needs and wants in our products.
  • Assist the marketing team in determining customer outreach method in sales.
  • Implement new ideas as needed to support the sales team to attract more buyers.
  • Entering and maintaining customer data and documents into the customer database.
  • Assist the production team in help packing customer goods before they are distributed to customers.
  • Customer service who supports the daytoday business operations of the retails sales in
- meeting target/KPI in line with business objective.

  • Related to marketing in promoting the company's products to attract more customers, using social media as a platform for increase sales. Among the platforms that can be used are Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month
