Responsibilities:

  • Organise information according to procedures by filing, data entry, checking or matching data, etc. to ensure accurate records are maintained on a daytoday basis
  • Maintain proper documentation filing in physical and digital records
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
  • Perform and manage other general clerical and administrative tasks as required
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment
  • Be flexible and willing to take on tasks in different areas of work
  • Response and follow up efficiently to all matters
  • Travelling to client premise may be necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Multilingual
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KLANG or DAMANSARA and travel to client's office
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time positions available.
