Compliance Intern Job Description:

  • Assisting Compliance Manager in Compliance Training - preparing slide, attendance list, sending training invitation
  • Assisting Compliance Manager in Internal Control System Cycle (ICS) - taking minute of meeting, review documents submitted by business unit etc
  • Conducting health check and preparing report for Sanctions Compliance and Sponsorships and Donations etc
  • Preparing Compliance internal communication - topic related to Integrity, Anti
  • Corruption, Personal Data Protection, Sanctions Compliance, Social Compliance, Anti
  • Money Laundering, Sanction Compliance etc
  • Assisting Compliance Manager in legal research and preparing legal opinion when needed
  • Promoting Integrity and Compliance in the Company
  • Clerical and administrative works.

Job Requirements:

Specific Knowledge and Skills

  • Outstanding with Microsoft office word, excel, power point etc
  • Familiar with Canva app, or any other apps to create poster for compliance communication/ poster. Creative in creating corporate communication newsletter/ poster.
  • Fluent in English and Malay (writing, reading)
  • Independence, team player and responsible person. Able to work with minimum supervision and in fast corporate environment.

Duration of internship
Internship position(s) for duration: minimum 6 months

Commence date of internship: 1st September 2024 onwards
